On every house we list, yes — exclusive use of the entire property, not a wing or one unit on a shared site. That's the whole reason to book a house instead of a block of hotel rooms.

Usually. Divide the weekly total by the number of people and a Yorkshire house often works out less per head than several smaller lets — and everyone's in the same place, which is the point.
